1. Change the annual meeting to a non-holiday weekend so that more of us could attend. Currently it lands on Father's Day weekend. 2. Allow reasonable parking grace during the summer for residents who have boats and RVs. It would be so convenient for working people to be able to use precious spare moments to clean/service/pack their equipment between trips. 3. Request the free services of Community Dispute Resolution Center of Missoula to help us address the problems we are having in our HOA. If we do not qualify for their services, perhaps we could find a neutral mediator. Some of our ongoing disputes appear to have deep roots that have nothing to do with the HOA. Everyone seems to want the same things for the community. Exclusion and non-communication only fuel frustration. Both passive-aggressive and bullying behaviors have developed around a number of different issues. It is unpleasant and at times threatening. With all due respect to those long serving members in leadership, if the parties that have the most trouble between them cannot resolve their issues and trust cannot be restored, perhaps they could step down, or if not in a leadership position, stand down, and let others lead, realizing that their knowledge and experience would still have great value to all of us as actively involved members.
